Armonia is an extra virgin olive oil with a very elegant character: sweet and delicate but with style. It presents itself immediately as such, thanks to its straw yellow color embellished with green reflections. Harvest 2016.
His is an elegant and sweetly enveloping scent of grass, golden apple and fresh almond. The taste has a very pleasant sweet sensation enhanced by the enveloping tones of almond blossoms and fresh Sorrento walnuts.
In closing, delicate and precious perceptions of bitter and spicy are felt. Finally, an elegant and persistent almond aftertaste is discovered.

Monzo extra virgin olive oils are made only with local Cilentan varieties, all coming from the Pietrabianca farm. The milling is carried out in the company's oil mill and the product is always bottled at the origin.

Armonia is made with olives of the Salella, Pisciottana, Frantoio and Leccino varieties from the sub-zones:
